PHP has released versions 7.0.16 and 7.1.2 (these versions are not security releases, just bug/patch releases)
For 7.0.16, there were surprisingly few fixes. None of the larger security issues and bugs that have been fixed in the last couple versions. Most of the issues were with debugging functions. Within the extensions it was mostly more minor (rare cases and rarely happening) memory leaks, segfaults, and bugs.
Within version 7.1.2, in addition to many of the same 7.0.16 issues, there were a few involving non-English characters being read from a few file-system functions.
Overall the fixes were rather tame this time around (that is a good thing, not a bad thing).
